De Delftse Mosterd B.V. (Delftse Mosterd) highly values the protection of personal privacy. Personal data is handled and secured with the utmost care.

Personal data includes all information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify a specific person. You are not obligated to provide the personal data requested by Delftse Mosterd, but if you choose not to, we may not be able to properly show you the products and services we have to offer. We aim to keep you well-informed about our new products and services, but in such cases, we will ask for your consent.

Delftse Mosterd may collect personal data from various information sources, including:

However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years old. We recommend that legal representatives are involved in the online activities of their children to prevent data from being collected about minors without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@delftsemosterd.nl, and we will delete this information as soon as possible.

You can object at any time to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes and/or the (further) receipt of (specific) marketing information by submitting your request in writing to:

Our email communications and other marketing information also include an option to unsubscribe. If you use this option, you will no longer receive such messages. Please note that changes will be processed as soon as possible, but Delftse Mosterd cannot rule out that your request coincides with a message already sent. We will do our utmost to prevent this.
