Return Policy

At Delftse Mosterd B.V., we maintain a strict return policy due to the nature of our products. As these are food items, they cannot be returned after purchase unless the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly.

Return Conditions
You can only return a product if:

• The product arrived damaged upon delivery.

• You received an incorrect product.

Return Process

1. Report the Return: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@delftsemosterd.nl with a clear description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

2. Assessment: We will review your request and contact you with further instructions.

3. Return Shipment: If necessary, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Refund or Replacement

• For accepted returns, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.

• If a replacement is not possible, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method used.

Important Notes

• Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they were damaged or defective upon receipt.
